Pulling Out Oldies, But Goodies

Hi Guys. I know that it's been a long time, but I decided to take a break from blogging for a while. I'm back, but taking it one day at a time, lol. I have some pretty exciting purchases to share, and this posting will be all about....BAGS! So, let's get into it.

First up, Jcrew's Kirtley Satchel. I just have to say the leather on this bag is ridiculously luscious! It has the most beautiful caramel tones, and I just love how the hardware pops against the hues. The diagonal strap is extremely functional, and I adore the softness. Leather is like butt-ah!

It went perfectly w/ these shoes!

This bag has SO much texture! on this side, you can see the lighter caramel and toffee spots, w/ all of the nice lines and wrinkles. The handles are gold chains wrapped in leather.

Here, you can see the contrast of the 2 sides.

I like to keep things grouped for organization.

Next, some Kate Spade. This is the wonderful Bow Bridge Kennedy bag, and boy is it lady-like, yet sassy. Just screams femininity!

The dust bag is just so cute.

I just adore the structure and bow of this bag. People were constantly complimenting on the back as I was checking out! Hadn't even gotten her home yet lol.

I really like this plate as opposed to the leather.

Next up, the Kate Spade Emanuelle Book Clutch. I love to read, so I was very excited to see these. Such a great personality piece for me!

The pics don't do it justice. It's just so darn adorable, and full of pink, green, and cream. Love!

I love the gold frame. This can be dressed up or down, and takes any look to the next level.

She put special messages on the backs of each of them.

The bow bridge bag has the striped lining as well.

Hello All!!

It has been a very long time! I got away from blogging for a while, and just needed to take some time. I'm back, and boy do we have some catching up to do. Here are a couple of pics that can kinda sum up what I've been up to...or buying these days :)

I wanted this bracelet very badly when it first came out a couple of years ago, and completely missed out. I am happy so say that I have her now! Presenting... JCrew's crystal pave' link bracelet. Pics don't do her justice!

I have to say that I use to get kind of annoyed by kate spade, but since the beginning of this year she has started to win my heart more and more, and now, we're cool. lol! Here are a couple of accessories that I've picked up. I love accessories in every since of the word, and I feel that whatever I'm carrying or using needs to exemplify my personal style. I am so happy that I got the new white iphone 4, and was able to accessorize with this kate spade case.

If you remember, I also have a nook color, so of course I had to get the kate spade cover as well. I will be sure to add the pics of the white iphone boxing and frontal view of the phone.

I hope that all is well. I am more than excited about spring, so I need to clean out the pics and get some of these old OOTDs out of the way. So, here it goes...

I was so nice and comfy w/ this look. This is one of my fave cardi/jackets-jcrew shawl collar cardi. I feel studious, yet chic and comfy when I wear this.

I really enjoy this necklace as well. It's so rocker chic, and always just enough. And I can't forget about my dear Target watch, and yes, I said TARGET.

Studded jcrew belt that I purchased on sale. This belt adds texture to any look.

Love my yellow jcrew coat! Another one of my faves. I like having the sweater hanging longer than the coat

This is a perfect fit shirt from jcrew. I really love the shade of blue, as can look casual or add a nice contrast to any look. I really like how the chocolate belt looks next to this color scheme.

Hey guys! It's been a long time, but a lot has been going on. I just had a birthday of February 20th, I've been under the weather, and my computer has been out of commission. Boy do I have a lot of posts to share:)

Anywho, here is my birthday post filled with lots of goodies, and more to come.

Look at the adorable cards my hubby and daughter gave me, and the one from hubs is pink and black. So sweet!

Here, I rec'd a dozen chocolate covered strawberries from Edible arrangements, some "unmentionables" from Victoria's Secret, and you absolutely can't go wrong with Chanel!

I have wanted this scent for the LONGEST! This is the Chanel Chance Fraiche, and I LOVE it!!! I have the shower gel and perfume.

I even love the box!

I rec'd a gift card to Barnes and Noble, and decided to buy this pretty Vera Bradley pin and pencil set. I really love these!

This is a mug that I bought before Christmas, Also Vera Bradley. They just look so cute together!

Here, A new Kate Spade addition. I don't usually go that crazy over Kate Spade, but oh how I love thee.

The inside just makes me so happy!

Origami & Bronson...Welcome to My Closet!

Here are some goodies that I picked up during the 40% sale. This post features the origami sheath dress, which I have drooled over since I first saw it, and the Bronson booties. I also purchased another pair of shoes and forgot all about them til now. I will be sure to post on them soon.

I adore this dress. It's cut just wright, with a nice wool blend that's not itchy, and I have to say that I feel very sexy in this dress. Jcrew did it right w/ this one!

I love the asymmetrical cut and pleating of this! It takes a dress that could have been super conservative, and kicked it up a notch by modernizing the look. I really feel like I can where this anywhere. anytime. LOVE!

Here is the pleating on the back of the sleeves. Most dresses like this are very uncomfortable around the arm and armpits, as they are cut too close/tight. They really kept in mind that the pits need to breath (lol) and kept the cap sleeves comfortably loose and the pit a bit exposed.

ahhhh, my booties! I love these! The color serves as a great nude for me due to my skin tone, and the hidden platform inside is so comfortable. Looks like a bootie, feels like a sneakah! lol!! I love the round toe, and the leather is like buttah!

Check out that sexy zipper in the back. Oooooow!

Another Look @ Pastiche

I hope that all of you enjoyed your Holiday season. Here is a quick look @ my pastiche skirt, which you can see I have a lot of fun styling. This is actually what I wore to work, and I was inspired by a Michael Kors men's ad, to put on a denim button-up under a textured turtleneck sweater. I liked the fact that the skirt pulled everything together, and as you know, I like to mix and shake things up a bit....don't wanna look predictable/traditional.

one in particular that had my heart palpitating was Barnes & Noble's Nook Color, and yes, he got it for me. But first, here is a nice comfy look that I put together with Jcrew's sweatshirt dress, Hue ribbed tights, and my beloved Quoddys. The jacket? Looks like JCrew doesn't it? Well....it's
Target folks! For a whopping $25. I picked this up this past fall.

Even the box is pretty.

This part has a magnetic closer. What luxurious packaging. This bottom part contained the charger and USB .

Hi guys. Here is a post featuring my jcrew collection tweed dauphine jacket. I'm also wearing the beautiful blossom jcrew earrings from this year, and my hip slung jeans that I purchased from jcrew factory a couple of weeks ago.

It was a little chilly, but this jacket is pretty warm.

I simply adore these earrings! they are so pretty, and their not even heavy. I really love them with the jacket, as they pull out all of the nice olive/brown hues, and compliment the metallic gold thread.

Here is a post featuring my 2nd burberry item...my new jacket!! I love it dearly, not to mention that I got this baby on sale from Nordstrom! This post also features my new sequin boatneck tee from jcrew. I decided style this casually, and I really enjoyed wearing this. I purchased my shirt a while ago during a shirt promo (shows how long it took me to wear this right?:) Have you ever purchased something and either forgot you had it in your closet, with tags still on it, or choose to save it for when you're in the mood to wear it??

The jacket is so nice and warm! Of course, I had to have pink....however there is an olive one that I love called "citrine." ...trying very hard to resist;)

and yes, couldn't forget the pink Movado.

Hope that you all are having a productive week. Sorry for the blurry pics (yuck!) but here's an old ootd featuring my Iman cape from HSN. I saw it and had to get it. This is the first cape that I've ever owned, and I have to say that I really like it. It's warm and gives me some move-ability. I decided to wear it with a nice crisp white shirt, black leggings, and my leopard TB rivas in calf hair. Can't forget the jcrew jewels and LV never full GM.

I really liked the cape belted. I feel so feminine and womanly when I give a good cinch to the waist:)

i love the contrast of the patent leather trim on this cape. there are also buttons at the bottom of the arm holes for more loose-ness and movement.

LOVING MY QUODDYS MORE THAN EVER....

hey all. hope that you enjoyed your w/e. mine was great. i had a wonderful time with family.
on Sunday, i had a bit of a dilemma..... so here's the story.

Sunday, i had planned to run errands after church, so of course i decided to take my warmest, most comfy and cozy favs...my Jcrew collection Quoddy booties. well....after strapping my daughter in the car, i sat the booties on top of the car. we drove off and got HALF WAY to church before i realized that they were on top of the car. i remembered hearing a thump as we pulled out of our neighborhood, and at the time just thought that we hit a tree branch or something. these booties are very precious and quite pricey, so you could imagine my sudden PANIC! My husband tried to keep me calm as he called his dad and asked him to stop by our neighborhood to see if he could find them until we got back home (and yes, we turned around). i was literally in tears!
thankfully, he found them, and i was so happy to be reunited. i checked them thoroughly and thankfully they didn't even fall out of the box. it was such a blessing that they didn't become roadkill. i would have been devastated!

so, in my happiness to have them back, i decided to wear them with the outfit i changed into. as you probably figured, we didn't make it to church. if we tried to head back out there at this time, we would have missed service.

Old OOTD...New Goodies!

I hope that everyone is enjoying their w/e. Mine is going very well...I attended a UNC basketball game last night, now it's time for "girls day" and a trip to the movie theatre to see "For Colored Girls." I'm so excited!

This post features the crystal bloom earrings from JCrew. I actually purchased these during the sale (bare w/me, I am so behind!) They retail for $48 I believe, and I got them for $31! I am also showing the JCrew collection tweed jacket that I bought in June or July, so you know I am super excited to wear this now!

I really had to pair the jacket with these earrings. the colors together are just so pretty. I adore these earrings and are happy to add them to my collection.

the tweed on this jacket is absolutely beautiful and the pictures do NOT do it justice. there are metallic gold threads running through it, and its butter soft!

Here are the earrings with another look...a graphic tee from JCrew that i purchased this past summer. they are so versatile and go with everything! and, they really add a special something.

Homecoming Fashion Show OOTD

This look was worn to a fashion show held and hosted by North Carolina Central University. I really love sparkle, so I wanted to incorporate that in my look, as well as some modern style. It was also important for me to look different from everyone else. That is why I feel that it is so important to cater to one's personal style more so than "trends."

i really wanted to wear tights being that the temp drops at night. the shoes were really chic with the tights, and hosiery just has the ability to bring looks to life.

ITS BEAUTY TIME BABY!

Hello all! I have been feeling fantastic lately, and just had to share. I have added a new beauty product to my routine.....the CLARISONIC MIA! Yes it is fabulous, and yes it works! I have acne and this has been a wiz on my skin. it also feels amazing.

I actually purchased this on QVC for a great price, and it came with 3 cleansers, a sensitive and normal brush head. I use the cleansers on my body with the normal brush head, and i use my Arbonne Clear Advantage cleansing set on my face (see below).

Of course, i HAD to get it in pink, better known as "berry."

Next up is my new Arbonne lipstick in "strawberry," and it is beautiful. I have searched forever for the right shade of red, and by gosh I've found it! it's the perfect shade, long-lasting, full of pigment, yet light-weight. I have very dry lips and usually have to put on chapstick before lipstick wear, and i didn't have to do that at all with this. extremely moisturizing.

I love this dress! it's so comfy, casual yet chic. i really love the fact that it has pockets. i took my mini me ( who is making an appearance in the background heee heee) to a "toy story" event @ barnes and noble after seeing the movie. she was so thrilled!

There's my cutie again:) I like the pop of color the cardi gives. I do love pink, it's my fav color, and i have to say that i find myself wearing and pairing this cardi w/ almost any and everything

Hello Everyone! I have to say that I am a very happy woman right now! I have received my goodies and I'm so excited for the cold months ahead!

Drum roll please.........

I have finally rec'd the much sought after Quoddy ring boots from Jcrew!
I am soooooo in LOVE with them! They are extremely comfortable and so luxurious! The shearling and leather are amazing...and did I mention how ADORABLE they are?? I can't wait to rock these with skirts, sweater dresses and cute jeans! I hesitated due to the price, but it was love at first sight when I first laid eyes on them in the catalogue and I just couldn't resist any longer:)

Here is the beautiful Jcrew dauphine tweed jacket. I looked at this jacket so many times online, and I am really happy that I got this! Can't believe I got this for 63.00 during a 30% sale promo! The tweed is just so pretty and lady like, yet modern and not like all the others. I adore the fleur de lis buttons and metallic gold thread running throughout. It's so soft and the fit is amazing. Can't wait to wear this as well!!!

Hey guys! Hope you're enjoying your weekend. Here are some more detailed pics of my highlights, along with an old ootd. My husband and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary last month, and I forgot to post my look. The dress Free People from Nordstrom from years ago. I was gonna buy a new dress...when I found her in the back of my closet. I wore it with some shelli segal sandals. I accessorized with jcrew's jeweled garland earrings and speedy azure LV.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner @ the Washington Duke Inn. It was BEUTIFUL and the food was AMAZING!

Excuse the "fly-aways." Even though i just got it done, i couldn't help but to run my fingers through it and mess around in it. i always feel like i HAVE to do that.

Hi guys! I hope that everyone is enjoying their w/e and this fabulously warm weather! Hubs and I took our daughter to see Alice In Wonderland in 3d today, and it was great! At first, we weren't sure if we were going to allow her to see it b/c it looked kinda weird, but it turned out be pretty good. Not inappropriate for the kiddies at all:)

Next, I want to give a shout out to Ms. Audrey over at Life is short....Buy the shoes. I am waaaaaaaaaaaay late on doing this, but i actually won the snoozie giveaway, and mine is soooooo cute! i will post pics on it soon.

I was told by the salesperson that sometimes the sides of the bag won't stay cinched, so i got these rings to put on the loops of the bag to hold that sucher in place, and keep the awesome shape.

Hey ladies! I hope that you all are having a fantastic week! I am happy to announce that, yes, I got my LV!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! Who's excited? I AM! I have drooled, stalked, and dreamed about this bag for what seems like decades, and now it's finally mine!

I visited the store about 3 times, just trying to figure out what size was going to work for me. I found that the GM fits my lifestyle. I like the fact that I can cinch the sides to make it into more of a large handbag size, and then let the sides out for a large tote. So versatile! When we travel, I have a FABULOUS bag to haul our stuff in, and just for everyday, I have a FAB bag to tote around. Love it!

Hey Ladies! It's been a while! I've been under the weather lately. Actually,my muffin and I are BOTH sick!
Anyway, I felt like looking "studious," so I decided to wear my shawl collar cardi with a scarf that I arranged perfectly to add texture. I love how it's waved...almost looks like ruffles. I also picked up the stone tissue tee on sale for a whopping $22!! It was in-store (probably a return) and I was so excited. My discipline from refraining from shopping really worked in my favor!

Now, here is my dilemma....i don't know if i want to return this baby for a Louis Vuitton Never Full bag. this is the Marc Jacobs Softy Tote. The leather is amazing, love the compartments, and i love the size, but i am feelin the LV. What do you think??

I like the clear stones on this bracelet. When these first came out, the crystal color was my least favorite....now I adore it. One of my favorite pieces, and takes any look to the next level.

i think these are the dream turtlenecks...sooo soft, and a nice fit. one striped, and the other is a nice silver/grey.

last but not least, the sherpa hoodie. i have wanted one of these for the longest! i am so happy that i have one now! again, this hoodie is so soft and comfy, and the sherpa is simply amazing! jcrew really struck a winner with the sherpa!

Sound the trumpets.... I got my Winnie Coat!!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! I wanted this coat ever since the rollout, and I am more than happy to announce that I rec'd this lovely today!
I was at home all day, so excuse the sweats and t-shirt. Of course, when she arrived, I couldn't resist!

As many of the reviews stated, this coat is very nice and comfy. Seems to be warm, w/o being heavy. Oh, and the material is AMAZING! The color is great, although my pic has horrible lighting....not to worry. I WILL be styling her up later, so more irl pics to come!

I finally got the silk ruffle tiered cami in deep aubergine. I love this color with my violet bubble necklace....these colors pair really well. I paired it with my jcrew cardi, and must say that this outfit is very comfortable.

I snagged this top for $19.99! I was just strollin around jcrew, mindin' my own business when....what the....$19.99?? Oh yes, this baby's mine!

As you know, it was definitely nippy out, so I layered up. Here is jcrew's velvet blazer from...'06??

I have to say that I am really enjoying my Chimera Jacket! And as I promised....this post is featuring the Pippa Mirror flats. They took some breakin' in (Lord!), but these babies are good to go now. Nice and comfy. I paired these goodies with my vintage slim jeans. You will see these jeans a lot! They are so soft, with a nice fit.

A Lady Coat, A Princess, and A Frog...

On Saturday my hubby decided to take his two favorite ladies on a date....to see The Princess and the Frog. It was really good. My daughter loved the music, as she bounced and danced in my arms. She was pretty excited! We all were waiting in extreme excitement for this movie to come out, and it was #1 in the box office!! Yaaaaay!!!

Of course, it was another nice and chilly day....so this is what I wore....

i decided to wear some black leggings with this...so much more comfy and moveable than jeans! i love this scarf. it's super long and i can do all of my creative knots with it.

I just got this necklace Friday from someone in my husband's family who sells jewelery. It's hard to tell from the pic, but the balls are crystals that have a lot of pink, purple and turquoise colors in them. It tends to favor certain tones, depending on what you're wearing.

I got this during the 20% promo online. It's so soft and warm, and I love the contrast of the warm amber and heather grey. And, yes, I WILL be wearing these together! I can't wait to style it. Plaid and Downtown Field Jacket...Oh My!

Ok, I have been searching for the perfect plaid shirt-one that will be comfy and cover the booty when worn with leggings. So....I went to my husband's side of the closet and snatched up a winner. I fluttered my lashes, showed a little skin and asked, "honey, can I wear this shirt?" Hahahahah! As you can see, his answer was "yes."

You know how you can see an outfit in your head, and then you bring it to life? Well, I got these leggings and wanted to hook them up with plaid for the longest. THEN I finally got the downtown field jacket, which completed the look. I have drooled over this jacket ever since it came out, but I held on to the little bit of self discipline that I had and refused to pay $148.00 for it. Good thing I did, b/c I just got this jacket for $88 ($94 incl. tax). It's on promo for $104, and I got my 15% teacher discount on top of that. WhoooooHoooooo!!

This look is topped off w/ none other than Jcrew jewels-estate bracelet, crystal cluster necklace (black diamond), and starburst earrings.

Francis, Oh How I Love Thee, Let Me Count the Ruffles!

Hi Everyone! I am finally wearing my Francis cami! I ordered this the second it went on sale (literally) and I am JUST NOW wearing it! It's been on sale for what, a month now?? I fell in love with these since they first came out, and I could not resist the misty lavender! I am a pink Queen all day, and I adore this color. It is definitely in the pink-ish lavender family.

Holiday and Post Holiday Looks....

Hello all. I hope that everyone had a wonderful and plentiful Thanksgiving.
I have some short posts of my Thanksgiving day and Friday looks. I should have taken more pics, but I was too busy stuffing my face.:)
I had some awesome food for the holiday, followed by a "fish-fry" on Friday...oh Lord! I will definitely pay for this in my workout class on Monday!

You know that I had to "crew" it up. Here I am with my best friend of well over 7 yrs., wearing a pleated feather weight shirt, and bootcut cord in burnished olive. I topped it off with jcrew's flower earrings and estate bracelet, and TB flats.

I wanted to be comfortable......yet......yep, fashion forward and cute! Did you guess that I was gonna say this? You know me all too well!:)

I'm wearing Jcrew's light-weight cardi, headache tee, vintage slim jeans, vachetta riding boots, topped off with jcrew flower earrings and pearl cluster bracelet.

I'm telling you now, you will see these jeans A LOT!!! I love them, and their soft and comfy. I have that..."I feel hot and sexy without feeling like I'm about to pop out of my pants" vibe, and I will probably wear them every freakin weekend! Don't worry, I'll always have some fun ways to rock 'em.

A Double-Take on My Nubie...Chimera Jacket

Hello all! This is going to be a pretty long post...but it contains some beauties. The main course, however, is my new Jcrew Chimera jacket, that I LOVE by the way! I wore this on two different occasions. The first pics that you see are my, what I like to call, "test run." Whenever I make a new addition, I like to wear it and test it out...feel, fit, etc. I have to make sure it is a "smash hit," or "slam dunk" if you will. :) Has to be hooooot!

Well, it definitely passed the test! I love the fit, and the silk ruffles add unbelievable texture! As you will see, I had a lot of fun with it.

I took these pics at work in the bathroom, so you will have to excuse the lack of decor. LOL!

i love to mix dressy with casual. it looks really chic, and adds a fresh and fun perspective on the look. i am wearing jcrew's tissue henley and pearl-crystal cluster necklace, victoria's secret seasonless stretch pants, and coach sneeks. the green sweater is....get this...is from EXPRESS from when i was in HIGH SCHOOL!!! crazy right?! it is really soft and has a nice fit and feel.

lol!! i guess my daughter wanted to make her debut. i just realized that her little hand is in the picture. too funny!

i absolutely love these two necklaces together. this discovery was an accident. i was in the store trying to decide which one i wanted, and put both of them on. needless to say, i HAD to have both of them.:)

I am soooo happy to announce that I finally got jcrew's bubble necklace in soft violet. I am so in love with it! at first, i thought that the color looked a little weird. it seemed more mauve than pink, but i then realized that it just depends on the lighting and color backing. the pink is such a nice shade and i will be able to wear it with everything! I am so excited!

I will be sure to post on how I decide to style it up, but until then, here she is...

I also purchased the in-store only flower studd earrings. (I know, I was a bad girl:)) I adore these earrings! they are so fun and femenine, and they pack just enough punch without overpowering a chunky necklace.

ok...this is one of my fav dresses from the season. this is jcrew's argyle dress from some seasons ago. i think that it looks really good with pops of color, so i paired it with a green ruffle collar shirt and crew's lucia ballet flats in warm sunflower.

here is one of my purchases last weekend...the pearl-crystal cluster necklace. i love it! there are crystals mixed within the pearls, which gives the necklace a nice sparkle. i'm all about the sparkle!

Here is another oldie but goody from jcrew! I love this dress. It's so comfy, and the pockets give it a very relaxed feel. It's also light weight.

Here is one of my new purchases this week. I am so in love with this necklace! I was even happier to find it on sale this for 39.99. I ended up getting 3 necklaces and a pair of earrings...all this week! They all came from jcrew of course. This one, and my wonderful pearl cluster necklace both arrived yesterday...so excited!! I will do posts on the others soon...

I had to put a little tank on with the dress, or the twins would be giving the public a show. :)

Hey guys! I've missed all of you so much! My computer has been out of commission lately. Here is a look that I put together. My husband said that I look like a sexy school marm (or however you spell it:)).

My jacket is from jcrew from at least 3 years ago. I couldn't wait to dust her off! I love the ribbon tie and grossgrain ribbon trim!

These are the jcrew vachetta leather flat boots. I love these sooo much. the color is awesome, and they are so comfy! they scratch really nicely, and have a rugged appeal that can be dressed up or down.

I really like the whole prepster "horseback riding" look. It's so comfortable! The sweater is jcrew, skinny leg cords are Victoria's Secret, boyfriend tee from jcrew, and the boots are from Macy's. I topped it with some pearl earrings, and my gold watch. I wanted to be casual, yet chic. These boots feel so good on my feet. Their nice and tall, and can be dressed up or down.

It is so rainy and cold today, so I broke out the cords. These are the boot cut cords in burnished olive from last year. I paired it with my Paley cardi, white little ruffle cami and lucia ballet flats.

OOTD: Camping out in Pink Heaven!

I decided to hang out in the pink zone for a little while longer. lol. I wanted to play around with my neutrals and add a pop of color, so I put the jcrew cardi and pants with the neon pink belt, and the pink and green crew flats from like, over 4 yrs ago!!! I really like taking my older items and bring them back to life with a new fresh look. Oh, and if you don't have the v-neck boyfriend tee, stock up! These are so comfy! I love my headband...its a flower! It's really fun, and adds a femenine touch. I'm a girly-girl, so I have no probs with that!
Oh, and you know I couldn't forget about my beloved Campo!!!

Here is a close-up of my headband. It's all metallic leather, and the petals actually bend to give more of a one-of-a-kind look!

I really love these shoes! The print is unbelievable, and the velvet bows give a nice sense of texture.

Here is the estate bracelet. It was a nice finishing touch to the look.

OOTD: My Pink Goodies

I decided to pull out some pinks today. As I said before, I'm a big fan of jcrew's slub cotton graphic tees. They're just so comfy. This one was called the "critter" tee, even though there are NO critters on it..just some cute little pink pebbles. It's nice and relaxed, and breathable because of the slub cotton.

Here's a closer look at the pebbles. You can't really tell in the picture, but the stones have nice powder and intense pink hues.

I accessorized with my Marc Jacobs "Blake" bag. It has 3 compartments, so it's like carrying 3 bags in one! The inside has red suede lining, and always makes me feel special and excited whenever I open it and go inside.

Pink is my favorite color, so it was only right for me to wear my pink mother of pearl Movado. I love this watch!

I really like this outfit. It's nice and casual, yet modern.
The skirt is just simple, and I never thought of pairing it up like this. I was able to tie the look together with the brown belt.

The denim jacket is from old navy. I like denim jackets that still maintain a feminine feel and cut.

I'm really into graphic tees from J crew. Their nice and comfy...yet you still feel sexy and modern. You can still be fashionable w/o trying too hard.

Ok ladies...don't be afraid to layer it up! I really like to layer bracelets that are completely different because it adds texture, and doesn't look so deliberate. J crew is big on layering, and their idea was GENIOUS!

I loooove these Tory Burch ballet flats! It was love at first sight!!! I got these about 2 yrs. ago, and I'm so happy to pull them back out of the closet!

Every girl needs a nice sparkley earring! These are the J crew sunburst earrings. They are a nice size, and will add that extra "sumthin' sumthin'" to any look.

Here is what I wore today. The shirt is from J crew. I love the ruffle detail around the collar. It's kinda hard to see since I have it unbuttoned at the top. The skirt from Nordstrom. This print reminds me of being on an exotic vacation. Gladiator sandals from Nine West, Estate bracelet from J crew, and my lovely Jcrew Campo bag. I am sooooo in love with this bag!!!!

The leather is GEORGOUS! It's meant to be scratched and broken in, but I'm so protective of this bag! Can't help it:)
